Each month you will be provided an audio lesson on various management, operational excellence and customer service topics. This is located under Lessons.

You will be able to access the lesson via an audio file. The lessons will only be available for a 24 hour period. We suggest you download and save these files on your computer so that you may refer back to them or share them with others on your management team.

At the end of each lesson, you will be given an assignment. The assignment must be completed and submitted to our office, by the deadline given, in order for you to access the next lesson. If your assignment is incomplete or incorrect, you will be asked to re-do it until you understand and complete it correctly.
