The Phoenix Program has been designed to enhance your membership and franchise experience. The Phoenix Program was developed because contractors asked to be held more accountable for their management decisions.

Here's How the Program Works:

Each month you will be provided an audio lesson on various management, operational excellence and customer service topics.

You will be able to access the lesson via an audio file, which will be sent to your email address. We suggest you download and save each of these files on your computer so that you may refer back to them or share them with others on your management team.

At the end of each lesson, you will be given an assignment. The assignment must be completed and submitted to our office by the deadline given, in order for you to receive the next lesson. If your assignment is not 100% complete and correct, you will be asked to re-do it until you understand everything fully and finish the lesson correctly, and on time.
