Being a part of Phoenix has opened our eyes to the priorities we should be focused on.  We tend to get caught up in the doing of the business and putting out the fires that we lose sight of the goal.  Sort of like drowning when you could have put your feet down and touched bottom.  Yes, we must tend to the daily, but Phoenix is teaching us to keep tomorrow in view as well.  I honestly believe that it has been the lifeline that pulls us back to the safety of shore - the security of having a plan - every month, when we would naturally tend to drift back out into the deep waters of daily issues.  Phoenix is the challenge we need.  Renee' Abshire - Special Plumbing & Mechanical Inc.

The Phoenix program has been very beneficial to us personally and our business.  The monthly lessons keep you focused on what you should be doing daily.  We have seen our sales almost double from last year and I owe that to Planning, Tracking, and Training.  I fall short on the training with my techs. and wonder what our little company could have done this last year had I been focused from day one.  We would still be struggling without the goals and plans we put in place from the Phoenix program. We are fairly new members to Airtime and a small company.
